Resell

CareCam goes on your invoice as part of your package. You keep a margin on every monthly plan, and we send you one invoice a month covering all of your active sites.

Refer

Introduce us to the center and we take it from there, including billing. You earn a recurring commission for as long as the center stays active.

Centers pay $99/month for up to 8 cameras, $149 for up to 16, and $199 for up to 24, month to month, and parents never pay. No minimum commitment for partners. See the published pricing.

Built to drop into an install you already did

  • Standard RTSP and ONVIF

    Works with the brands you already install. No proprietary cameras and no firmware changes.

  • Outbound only

    No port forwarding, no static IP, no VPN. Works behind carrier-grade NAT.

  • The recorder is untouched

    Parent viewing uses the substream. The main stream keeps feeding the recorder, and recordings never leave the site.

  • Bandwidth only while watched

    A camera streams out only while a parent is viewing it, about 2 Mbps of upload per camera. Ten parents on one room is still one stream leaving the building.

  • One device per site

    A fanless mini PC that draws about 8 watts. It needs power and one LAN cable on the same network as the cameras.

  • Video only, live only

    No audio reaches parents and parents cannot record, which keeps the consent conversation with the center simple.

    Send us one site

    Pick a daycare you already service and send the camera and recorder model numbers. We confirm compatibility, usually within one business day.

    Plug in the device

    We ship it pre-configured. Your technician connects power and one LAN cable, and we do the rest remotely.

    The center goes live

    The director picks which rooms and hours parents can see, then invites families. Most centers are live within about a week.

    Add it to every install

    Offer parent viewing on each new daycare, preschool, or studio you quote. Every site adds to your monthly recurring revenue.

Questions from integrators

Does CareCam have a reseller program?
Yes. Security integrators, camera installers, and low-voltage contractors can resell CareCam as part of their own package or refer centers to us. Either way you earn recurring revenue for as long as the site stays active. There is no minimum, so you can start with one site.
Do you sell or install cameras?
No. CareCam does not sell cameras, recorders, wiring, or installation, so we never compete with you for the install or the service contract. We provide the parent viewing layer that runs on top of the system you put in.
Which cameras and recorders does it work with?
Cameras and recorders that expose a standard RTSP or ONVIF stream, which covers Hikvision, Dahua, Hanwha, Uniview, Axis, Reolink, Amcrest, and UniFi. Send us the model numbers for a site and we confirm compatibility before anyone pays for anything.
Do we have to open ports or set up a VPN?
No. CareCam makes outbound connections only. There is no port forwarding, no static IP, and no VPN, and it works behind carrier-grade NAT. Nothing on the center's network is exposed to the internet.
Does it change how the recorder works?
No. CareCam pulls each camera's substream for parent viewing and leaves the main stream alone, so the recorder keeps recording exactly as you configured it. CareCam is live only. Recordings stay on the center's own recorder.
Who supports the parents?
We do. Parent accounts, the parent apps, and parent questions are ours. You stay responsible for what you already service: cameras, recorder, cabling, and the network.
What does the center pay?
Published pricing is $99/month for up to 8 cameras, $149/month for up to 16, and $199/month for up to 24, month to month, and parents never pay. Each site also needs CareCam's pre-configured appliance ($349 one-time). As a reseller you can sell at the published price or build it into your own package.
Can it run on hardware we already put on site?
Often, yes. If you already deploy a Linux or Windows box at each site, ask us about running CareCam on it instead of adding a second device. We will need to know what else runs on it.
Can parents see every camera?
No. The center chooses which cameras are parent-viewable, so entrance, office, and hallway cameras stay private. Each parent sees only their own child's classroom, only during the hours the center sets, and with no audio.
