Camera access for drop-in and part-time care, scoped to the actual days a child attends

Full-time enrollment gets a blanket grant. Drop-in doesn't work that way. CareCam now lets you give each family access on the specific days of the week they attend, for a set duration, a trial period, a semester, whatever fits, and it turns off on its own. Drop-in camera access: FAQ

What's different about camera access for drop-in care?
A full-time enrollment gets one grant that lasts the school year. Drop-in care doesn't work that way, a child might attend Tuesdays and Thursdays only, or just for a two-week trial. CareCam lets you scope each family's access to specific days of the week and a set duration, so a Tuesday/Thursday family isn't watching (or able to watch) on a Monday, and a trial family's access ends on its own when the trial period is up.
Do I have to manually turn access on and off for each visit?
No. You set the days and the duration once when you approve the family, and CareCam enforces it automatically from then on. No daily toggling, no forgetting to revoke access when a drop-in period ends.
Does this work for Mother's Day Out or hourly gym childcare too?

Can parents still only see their own child's room?
Yes, that doesn't change. Day/duration control is an added restriction on top of the existing per-family, per-room access, not a replacement for it.
What happens when a drop-in family's access period ends?
Access simply stops working on the days or after the date you set, automatically. If the family re-enrolls or extends, you update their access window in a few seconds; nothing to rebuild from scratch.
