Feature questions

Can parents record or download the video stream?
CareCam is focused on live parent viewing. Recording features are not included in the base plans—contact us if recording is a requirement for your center.
Does CareCam work with our current cameras?
CareCam may work with compatible IP cameras—especially those supporting RTSP, ONVIF, H.264, and configurable substreams. Share your camera models with us during setup and we will confirm compatibility.
Can we turn on and off parent access quickly?
Yes. Your center can disable or limit access at any time from the dashboard.
Is the parent app free for families?
The parent app is provided as part of your center's plan. Parents download it on iOS or Android and log in with their approved account.
What if we need more than 24 cameras?
