Martial arts school camera system
Secure live camera viewing for martial arts schools
Let parents watch class without crowding the training floor.CareCam is parent viewing for martial arts schools: secure live streaming of your training floor to each family during their child's class, while your school controls who can watch, which camera they see, and when.
Parents get visibility. Instructors get their training floor back.

Scheduled parent viewing: access follows the class schedule, not a camera password
Most schools that try live streaming end up handing parents the security-camera app, which means every household can watch every class, all week. CareCam works the other way around: you approve a family for the class their child attends, and that class-time access is exactly what they can see. Time-restricted parent viewing is the default, not a workaround.
Example: Emma, Tuesday and Thursday karate
Parent
Emma's mom, her own login
Training floor
Camera 2 only
Days
Tuesday and Thursday
Class window
5:00 to 6:00 PM
Access
Live video only, no audio, no recording
Five classes back to back? Each one is its own group with its own window. The camera on the mat is shared; who can watch it changes every 45 minutes, automatically.
Secure parent live streaming without Zoom, shared passwords, or a crowded viewing area
Parents watch from a phone or browser
No app to force on anyone: the web app works on any phone, and the iOS and Android apps are there for families who want them.
Each family gets its own login
No shared camera passwords, no security-camera app handed to a hundred households. You approve each account, and you can remove it in one click.
Access matches the class schedule
Give a family the days and the class window their child attends. Outside it, the camera simply is not available to them.
Only the assigned training area
A family sees the mat their child trains on, not the office, the lobby, or the other floor.
Live only, and video only
CareCam never streams audio and never records. If you record to your own NVR for the school, that stays yours and separate.
Your cameras, most likely
Standard RTSP/ONVIF IP cameras (Hikvision, Dahua, Amcrest, Hanwha, UniFi and similar) usually work as they are. Consumer cloud cams (Ring, Nest, Wyze) do not.
Why schools move parents off the floor and onto a screen
Younger students focus better when a parent is not in their eyeline. Instructors teach better without an audience commenting from the bench. And a lobby built for eight people does not hold thirty phones and siblings at 5:45 on a Tuesday.
Schools have solved this for years with a viewing area, a TV in the lobby, or a webcam link, and each works until the first time a stranger is watching, or a parent asks why they can see another family's class. A parent viewing system extends the viewing area to every family's phone instead: live class viewing becomes a benefit you grant to enrolled families, one class at a time, and take back just as easily.
It also gives you something to put in the enrollment packet. "Watch your child's class live from your phone" is a line competitors with a lobby window cannot match.
How martial arts live streaming for parents works with CareCam
- 1
Keep your cameras
One wide camera per training area is enough. If yours are standard IP cameras (or on an NVR), they usually stay exactly where they are.
- 2
Plug in the appliance
We ship a small pre-configured box ($349 one-time). Plug it into your network and we connect the cameras remotely the same day. Nothing is opened to the internet.
- 3
Set up your classes, approve families
Create a group per class with its days and window. Parents sign up and request their child's class; you approve from the dashboard, and access follows the schedule from then on.
Pricing is per school, not per parent. Plans start at $49/month for a small school with a few cameras, with unlimited family accounts, so offering viewing to every enrolled family costs the same as offering it to ten.
