Delete your CareCam account
You can delete your CareCam parent account at any time. This page works whether or not you still have the app installed.
What gets deleted
- Your sign-in (email, name, and password)
- Your classroom access and any pending access requests
- Your link to your daycare and any active viewing sessions
Deletion is immediate and permanent. CareCam does not record or store video, so there are no recordings associated with your account.
What we keep
Your daycare's own records (for example, that a request was approved on a given date) stay with the daycare, and messages you sent to CareCam support are kept as required for support and legal purposes. Nothing we keep can be used to sign in.
Center and staff accounts
Accounts that manage a daycare are removed by CareCam support so a center is never locked out by accident. Email [email protected] from your account address and we'll take care of it within a few business days.
