Do we need to buy new cameras?

Usually not. CareCam works with most existing IP cameras that support RTSP/ONVIF (Hikvision, Dahua, Amcrest, UniFi, Hanwha). Send us your models and we'll confirm compatibility.

What does it cost?

Center plan is $99/month (up to 8 cameras), month-to-month, and parents never pay. There's a one-time CareCam appliance (the secure gateway) at our hardware cost. Full pricing is on our pricing page.
