# CareCam.io

> CareCam.io is a SaaS platform for daycare centers, preschools, and home daycares that enables secure live video streaming to enrolled parents. Centers control who can view, which classrooms are accessible, and when viewing is available. CareCam is not a public webcam service.

Pricing is a software subscription — a small ~8 watt appliance, cameras, and any wiring/installation are separate. Plans: Center $99/month (up to 8 cameras, single-site childcare centers), Plus $149/month (up to 16 cameras), Max $199/month (up to 24 cameras), Franchise custom (chains & multi-site groups, unlimited sites & cameras), Home daycare $79/month. Unlimited parent accounts on all plans. Month-to-month, no long-term contract. 3-year price lock on every plan: the rate at signup is held for at least 3 years while the subscription stays active; price increases apply only to new signups.

Key features: secure parent-specific logins (no shared public links), classroom-level viewing permissions, viewing schedule controls (center sets viewing hours), compatibility with RTSP/ONVIF IP cameras where possible, parent mobile app (iOS and Android), and the ability to disable parent access anytime.
